• Communication Information: Cell phone, email address, address, postal code, landline
• Location Information: City, district of residence
• Member Information: Membership information, membership ID number
• Member Transaction Information: Last login date to the portal, documents required to confirm the authenticity of the brand, advertisement information, satisfaction, customer note, commercial communication permission, etc.
• Transaction Security Information: Password, password information
• Financial Information: Tax office, invoice information
• Risk Management Information: IP address
• Marketing Information: Marketing SMS or email messages sent based on the commercial electronic communication permission given by the relevant person or calls made by the call center, information on the vehicle used by the person.
• Legal Processing and Compliance Information: The start and end time of the service, type of service used, amount of data transferred, commercial electronic communication permission given by the relevant person in the electronic environment, membership agreement approved by the person, corporate membership agreement, remote sales agreement and legal texts and agreements that allow the use of services offered by AVD Hukuk.

Where is data stored and processed?
The personal data we collect may be stored and processed in another country in the facilities of AVD LAW or its affiliated entities, subsidiary companies or service providers that it is in partnership with, both inside and outside the country. The personal data collected under the Privacy Policy will be processed within the scope of the legislation in effect and the security measures set forth in the country where the data is stored and processed
Who Data is Shared with?
AVD HUKUK shares personal data with third parties only in accordance with the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.
• The information and some information and documents of the data owner will be shared with the seller and shipping company.
• Personal preferences, tastes, and habits are monitored based on the data owner’s consent to commercial electronic communication, and shared with the commercial electronic communication service provider for the purpose of offering promotions and opportunities.

• It can be shared with official and private institutions and individuals for the purpose of fulfilling the profession of law. In addition, the user’s name and contact information can be shared with payment institutions for the purpose of verifying identity in accordance with the framework agreement to be approved during the payment stage and the Regulation on the Prevention of Laundering of Criminal Proceeds and the Financing of Terrorism published in the Official Gazette on January 9, 2008 and numbered 26751. What are your rights regarding your personal data processed by AVD HUKUK?
The rights that the data owner has over the data processed by AVD HUKUK are listed below in accordance with Article 11 of the Law;
• Learning whether personal data has been processed,
• Obtaining information about personal data if it has been processed,
• Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Objecting to the processing of personal data,
• Requesting the transfer of personal data.
The user has the following rights regarding personal data:
• Request for deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions specified in the relevant legislation
• Request for notification of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data made in accordance with relevant legislation to third parties
• Object to a negative outcome resulting from analysis of processed data through exclusively automated systems
• In case of damage caused by illegal processing of personal data, request for compensation.

There is no fee for the procedures related to these requests. However, in case the procedures require a cost, AVD Hukuk may request a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Personal Data Retention Period AVD HUKUK will store personal data in accordance with the periods specified in relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing in accordance with the KVK Law. Deletion, Destruction, and Anonymization Conditions of Personal Data
The “https://avdhukuk.com/” website, mobile application, or mobile site, stores personal data processed through it in accordance with Articles 7, 17 and 138 of the KVK Law and Turkish Criminal Code for the periods specified by the relevant laws and/or the duration required by the processing purpose. The AVD HUKUK’s Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy, prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction, and Anonymization of Personal Data, provides detailed explanation of the methods and technical and administrative measures taken for deletion, destruction and anonymization. This Policy also specifies the periodical destruction interval as 6 months, as specified by the Regulation.

AVD LAW declares that in the case of sharing user personal data with third-party service providers in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the said third-party suppliers will also comply with the commitments set out in this article. Changes to the Privacy Policy
AVD LAW may update and modify its Privacy Policy provisions by publishing them on the Portal at any time. Updates and changes made to AVD LAW’s Privacy Policy will be valid as of the date of publication on the Portal.
